When we became an ISP in 1994, not only were we one of the first retail ISPs in Canada, but we were already software developers, IT technicians, and down-to-earth sales people, and we were doing things differently than the others. Back then, good service meant answering the messages now, not tomorrow. It meant supporting our neighbours with good advice, even if they weren’t our customers. It meant prioritizing people over profits. It meant being decent to each other.
And we’re still doing it that way to this day.
We got started in a small town, but our technical team can stand with the best in the world.
