Credit Balance Refunds – Cancelled Accounts
For cancelled accounts that have a credit balance more than nine dollars and ninety-five cents ($9.95), this credit balance will be automatically refunded. This refund is issued via cheque to the account holder and mailed to the billing address on your account.
If your account has a credit balance of nine dollars and ninety-five cents ($9.95) or less, please contact us at 1 (888) 594-2266 or any of the ways listed at www.kwic.com/contactus to have your refund cheque processed manually.
