As you may be aware, the Province of Ontario will enter a shutdown for non-essential businesses at 12:01AM on December 26, 2020. In response to this shutdown, we are taking the following measures:
- Our retail store will be closed until further notice. Our customer service team is available at 519-428-4650 to assist with payments, account changes, sign-ups, and more.
- We have voluntarily enhanced our protective policies for field technicians, with a reduction in customer premise visits depending on the circumstances. If this policy applies to you, we will let you know and work with you to ensure you receive the service and support you need.
Our customer service and support teams are available as normal and are happy to assist you. As the reality of COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are committed to reviewing and modifying our policies as needed.
